With a Diploma in Sound Healing baths, the pleasure of sharing my love of sound healing has expanded to regular sound events.
For those unsure of what a sound bath means.
It’s a bit like sound immersion where you lay down on a yoga mat and absorb the sounds that are transformative in nature, surround you. However, it’s more than that. Whilst many use the space to relax and absorb the enveloping frequencies, there is a huge health benefit also. Most of us have blocks and stagnated energy trapped in our cellular makeup that are difficult to move. They could be current wounds or karmic, generational blocks, that we aren’t even consciously aware of at times. The sounds played with an intriguing ensemble of musical instruments, create frequencies and vibrations that are absorbed at a cellular level, whether you’re awake or asleep through it. They create the frequencies that assist in releasing and clearing this blocked energy. It is also beneficial for pain in the physical body. It helps promote blood and lymph circulation, which contributes to bringing nutrients into your body. Calms stress, your nervous system and revitalizes fatigue.
When your cells are calm and aligned, your body can accelerate its natural healing abilities.
Sound healing baths are approximately 1.5 hours. I facilitate small group sizes, with a maximum of 10 people, usually 3 times a month. Gather a group of friends and family or feel free or jump into whatever session is advertised. Yoga mats, blankets, eye masks (optional), pillows and under knee bolsters are all provided. Facilities are all located within the location at Mosman Park.
Combining Sound Healing with Reiki and Therapeutic tarot, your experience is going to be felt. The feeling will be stay with you for weeks, after leaving the session.

“If someone had told me when I was a medical student in Dallas Texas, that one day I would be teaching my patients to use singing bowls to heal themselves, I would have thought he or she was crazy. Yet today, only fifteen years later, prominently displayed in my consultation room at the renowned Strang Cancer Prevention Center, where I am Director of Oncology and Integrative Medicine, is a beautiful ten inch quartz bowl, which plays a key role in my busy practice of Oncology and Internal Medicine. Although I once prescribed only the traditional remedies for the treatment of cancer and other ailments, I no longer see a contradiction between chanting and chemotherapy, between visualization and radiation. In fact, just the opposite: I openly advocate for what has come to be known as holistic medicine-combining allopathic regimens with complimentary therapies. You’ll notice I refer to these modalities as ‘complimentary’ rather than alternative…”
